Pat McFarlane started her career in real estate in her home town of Chicago, Illinois. She began listing and selling homes in the various western suburbs, but later moved to the downtown area and concentrated in the Gold Coast Market of Michigan Avenue, specializing in high-rise condominiums and coop properties. The harsh Chicago weather eventually brought her to sunny Southwest Florida , where she has been in real estate since 2001.
Pat loves working with first time buyers, transferees and snowbirds moving to the Fort Myers, Lee County area. She specializes in Golf Course and Gated Communities. Whether it’s a single family home or condominium, she will tackle the task of finding the best for you and your family.
When not engaged in real estate you can find Pat on the golf course and/or the tennis courts. She loves sports, and has a daughters who likes to engage in a friendly game of tennis also when she visits from New York. Pat is the proud Nana of two grown grandsons, one who is a commercial pilot like his dad, and the other serving in the US Navy.
Dedication is her motto and she is always happy when her former clients continue to search her out with referrals moving the the Sunshine State.
